Beginners Reformer Pilates

The beginners Reformer Pilates class is a slower paced yet challenging class that will help you build the Pilates principles foundation. You will get a mindful full body workout combining breathing techniques, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, concentration and control. We encourage all first timers to join our beginner classes. 

Intermediate Reformer Pilates

Our Intermediate Reformer Classes are dynamic, faster and require a certain degree of body awareness, strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. This is a class for those who love intense, challenging classes with a fascinating mindful approach. The instructor will offer you advanced options if you are ready for it.

Mixed level Reformer Pilates

This class gives a variety of options on each exercise for every level, so you can choose what you need. If you’re thinking of moving up to the next level but not sure if you should jump into an intermediate class just yet, this class will help you with your transition. If you have any questions please feel free to discuss them with your instructor for personal feedback.

Pre and Post Natal Classes

With a focus on core stability and overall fitness, our Pre and post natal classes are an excellent way to help your body cope with the changes you’re undergoing and prepare it for the stresses to come, they are also a safe and effective way to recover from pregnancy and childbirth.
