Founder and Head Instructor
Sol
Sol is a professional dancer and Pilates instructor. While dancing Sol suffered from chronic pain due to a herniated disc which stopped her dancing. When she discovered Pilates her pain was relieved, her body strengthened and her life changed. Inspired by her personal experience of Pilates she completed her Mat Pilates Level 3 and Reformer Pilates qualifications and has been teaching ever since. Sol is passionate about movement, body awareness and the happiness and peace that movement can bring to her client's lives. Her classes are dynamic and rewarding incorporating Pilates principles and mechanics of movement to help clients safely achieve their goals.

Emma
Emma started Pilates as a hobby and totally fell in love with Reformer Pilates while working a busy marketing job. Pilates gave her strength, mobility and mindfulness during long days at her desk. I
nspired by the incredible trainers she practiced with, she gained a Level 3 Mat Pilates Diploma (YMCA) and CPD Reformer Pilates qualification in Ireland. She has been teaching ever since!

Christiana
Christiana is a L3 qualified Personal Trainer and began her fitness career teaching Strength & Conditioning across London’s boutiques. She then started Reformer Pilates and was instantly hooked, subsequently gaining her Pilates and Pre/Post-Natal qualifications. Christiana is passionate about the amazing benefits of pilates for every single body and loves to see clients improve week on week.

Olivia
After moving to a new country in 2011, eager to meet new people and move her body, Olivia found pilates and yoga and ha not looked back since. A full time movement teacher for the last
10 years, Olivia loves to combine elements from all her diverse trainings and create intelligent, creative sequences to help you connect to your body and breath on the Reformer.

Aurora
Aurora is originally from South Italy and before becoming a Pilates instructor she trained as a Ballet and Contemporary dancer and then she took part of various nationals and internationals competitions.
Because of her dance background she has always been involved in movement and fitness and she decided to deepen her knowledge and passion for Pilates in 2020 training with world best, STOTT PILATES.
She is very passionate about teaching and inspiring others and cannot wait to share with her students the benefits that Pilates brings to people’s body and mind. Her classes are challenging but achievable.
Her goal is for students to find that mind-body connection and self-awareness while engaging and strengthening the whole body.
Aurora is also a ZEN•GA® and Total Barre® qualified instructor.

Lucy
Lucy originally trained as a dancer and travelled the world performing before deciding to settle down in London and train as a Pilates instructor. Lucy knows how daunting it can be coming to an exercise class, so she tries her best to create a comfortable and inclusive environment where everyone can feel welcome whether it's their first or fiftieth Pilates class.
Expect to find a focus on alignment and posture in Lucy's classes, with challenging but achievable exercises designed to help you meet your goals, whatever they may be.

Brighid
Coming from a professional dance background Brighid turned to pilates back in 2019 to help her alongside her career within the industry. She was amazed by the strength, control and energy you could achieve through adding pilates to your weekly movement. Whilst living abroad in the Middle East she found a passion for teaching and guiding others to become more confident, find a love for exercising and improve their fitness ability.
With over 5 years experience teaching Dance and Barre classes, she moved back to London to take her next step and Journey within Pilates. Brighid is determined to share and express how important physical exercise can be not only for your body but for your mind. Expect to challenge your mind and body during her fun dynamic classes
